The 10th Annual Tour de Fresno Charity Bike Ride will start and finish from the beautiful grounds of recently expended The Vineyards at California Armenian Home, located at 6720 E. Kings Canyon Rd., Fresno, CA 93727.
The Ride is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 15, 2018!
The five different route options provide the participants with a great opportunity to explore the heartland of America, the fruit basket of the world! Join the ride and learn about people who live and work on farmlands, where fresh fruits are produced and end up in our kitchen.
The route options include: Century, Metric Century, Fresno County Ride, Half Century, and Family friendly routes with rest stops provided at the cities of Fowler, Selma, Kingsburg, Parlier, Reedley, Del Ray, Orange Cove, Winton Park and Sanger, prior to returning to Fresno!
The routes are planned with the purpose of enjoying the cool morning temperatures and the opportunity to return back to the finish line by noon or early afternoon and thereby avoiding mid-afternoon Valley heat. This year again we are avoiding Belmont Ave. completely until all possible construction and road impairment activities have been completed.
At the end of the rides participants will enjoy delicious freshly cooked meals just for you at the grounds of the California Armenian Home.
Upon return, you will also have the opportunity to take a guided tour of the new complex at The Vineyards, every 30 minutes starting form 11 am till 3:30pm. Explore the Complex which is open to all who are in search of Independent Living, Assistant Living, Memory Care (for our loved ones suffering from Alzheimer and Dementia) and Skilled Nursing.
